Texas also requires that you successfully complete a national exam for licensure in the state of Texas. The national exam is administered by DADS on behalf of the National Association of Boards of Examiners for Long Term Care Administration (NAB). NAB also requires you to complete certain topics of study as part of, or in addition to, a bachelor’s degree.
